CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:
We want you to have a great experience with our courses, but we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand how cancellations are handled.
Cancellation of Course Enrollment
- One-Time Payment Courses: If you have made a one-time payment for access to any course, you can cancel your future access by choosing not to renew or repurchase any ongoing content or updates. Once you’ve paid for the course, no further action is required from you for cancellation, but please note our 30-day refund policy for any requests made within that time frame.
- Subscription-Based Courses: If your course is subscription-based (i.e., billed monthly or annually), you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing from occurring, but it will not result in a refund for previous payments made. You will retain access to the course until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Enrollment
To cancel your course enrollment:
For One-Time Payments: No action is required for cancellation, as the course is a one-time purchase. If you want to stop receiving updates or access to future modules or offers, simply let us know by contacting us at Irene@eStudiesGroup.com.
For Subscription Payments: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our platform and selecting the cancellation option in the “Billing” section. Alternatively, you can email us at Irene@eStudiesGroup.com with your request, and we will handle it for you.
